An opportunity to discuss multiple aspects of your move, including housing, budgeting, residency, settling into life in Ghana, and other relevant priorities. Answers and guidance tailored to the questions you submit before your appointment. Practical recommendations to help you evaluate your options and prioritize your next steps. Our Property Access Service is designed for clients who have already identified a property they are interested in and want a convenient, trusted way to arrange and attend a viewing—without committing to our full Home Finder’s Service . We provide a convenient, trusted way for international clients to access and view properties from our curated inventory , while handling the coordination with the property owner or agent on your behalf. What's Included: Verified Property Sourcing + Screening Property Availability Confirmation Coordination with the Property Owner, Landlord, or Agent Scheduling and Confirmation of your Viewing Appointment Agent Viewing Fees (up to 200ghs) ⁠Transportation Coordination Rent Negotiations Cost of transportation itself is not included and will be paid by the client. Properties in Prime Locations may require higher Agent Viewing Fees & will be communicated before scheduling appointment. Looking at Multiple Properties?
