We provide a convenient, trusted way for international clients to access and view properties from our curated inventory , while handling the coordination with the property owner or agent on your behalf. What's Included: Verified Property Sourcing + Screening Property Availability Confirmation Coordination with the Property Owner, Landlord, or Agent Scheduling and Confirmation of your Viewing Appointment Agent Viewing Fees (up to 200ghs) ⁠Transportation Coordination Rent Negotiations Cost of transportation itself is not included and will be paid by the client. Properties in Prime Locations may require higher Agent Viewing Fees & will be communicated before scheduling appointment. Looking at Multiple Properties? For clients who want to compare multiple properties or would like Relocate Ghana to conduct a broader home search on their behalf, we recommend our Home Finder's Service . Our Home Finder's Service includes a personalized property search, transportation for 2 full days of property viewings , multiple property viewings, and 1 day of lease-signing support .
